Cette maison a été construite par un célèbre architecte de Vancouver, Thornton Sharpe, dans le style «craftsmen» .
Au fil des années, il y a eu plusieurs changements et agrandissements mal faits.
Il s’agissait de démolir tout les changements et construire un agrandissement, un balcon et un jardin, et rénover complètement l’intérieur. Cette maison faisait partie de trois maisons côte à côte construites par Thornton Sharpe et renovées par Colin Fraser

This house was constructed by a well-know Vancouver architect, Thornton Sharpe in the ”craftsmen” style. It had suffered ill-conceived renovations and an unfortunate addition. All of this was removed and rebuilt, and a garage, verandah and garden was added in the rear yard. The kitchen and master bathroom were updated. This house was part of a row of three houses by Sharpe renovated by Colin Fraser.
